FILM AND EVENT LOCATION COORDINATOR

Love television, film, and/or fashion? If so, we have an exciting opportunity available

within our all-inclusive film, TV, and still photography location scouting & management company. Location Resources is South Florida's full-service specialist in production locations with over 30 years of experience and a portfolio of work with the best in the business.

We are seeking a Location Coordinator who will support our production clients in selecting and coordinating locations from our files for TV shows, feature films, music videos, fashion shoots, television commercials, web content, and events.

We are looking to fill this position immediately and will offer high-level training that will prepare the ideal, well-qualified candidate for the opportunity of top-tier freelance work within the production industry.

Please note: This is a hybrid position – applicant must have a suitable area to work with high-speed internet and good cell phone reception.

About You

The ideal local candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 1-year real production/set experience (not including student films or spec projects)
• Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient computer skills, Mac preferred (knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Google Calendar are required)
• High attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Creative personality, a plus
• The ability to be flexible with off-hours communication
• Must have reliable transportation

Preferred skills and qualities:

• Local knowledge of South Florida and architectural/design styles/concepts.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (verbal and written professional proficiency in both languages)
