SEEKING VIDEOGRAPHER for meetings
LOCATION: Ft. Lauderdale
We are a NY-based not-for-profit company looking for a talented Videographer in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area to document two round table discussions on Wednesday, May 23rd, 2010. You will be responsible for filming two 3-hour meetings (in HD), a simple one-camera documentation is all that is necessary. The meetings are from 8:00-11:00AM and 12:00-3:00PM. The client will supply a portable USB3 hard drive on-site. You will need to deliver the raw video files as well as one viewable .mov file for each meeting and return the drive to the client via their FedEx account.
Extensive experience not required but you are expected to behave professionally and responsibly while producing engaging work.

Need 1 beauty MUA for 3 day shoot May 11-13. If you can work only 1 or 2 days, that's fine...but if you can work all three you get credited as LEAD makeup artist.
Need a special fx MUA, or someone who has experience with body painting, to paint a character blue.
This is our first episode. We are offering Imdb credit and we will feed you while you're on set. We expect to be able to pay for services for our next episode. We greatly appreciate anyone who loves making films and wants to help us out so we can get this project under way.

PluralEyes (sync software, will train if necessary, not difficult)
Your own Apple computer or laptop, portable drives for temporary file management space
Requires preliminary 4 hour session (to audition) at $15 per hour.
Salary will bump to $18 an hour if skill set and self-motivation and time management.
ADDITIONAL STUDIO JOBS if additional hourly wages are requested:
TYPING and data management, invoice and sales entry (Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers)

Royal Media Partners, the exclusive onboard media partner of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., produces video content for two CCTV channels onboard Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruise ships. The video department also produces content for use across all of RMP’s integrated media outlets.
The Video Editor’s duties include (but are not limited to):
Editing commercials, programming, and infomercials for broadcast on closed-looped cruise ship systems.
Create promos and trailers for company presentations and meetings.
Re-edit material received by clients to meet all broadcast and ship standards.
Voice-over recording and sound design.
Directing of voice-over talent.
Capture and conversion of media.
Creation of lower thirds, animation and rendering of graphic elements, logos, and visual effects.
Color correction and keying.
Output and conversion of final product in a variety of formats for distribution.
Organization and file management of media and projects.
Creative assistant in the development of projects.
Camera operator for in-house and location shoots.
Lighting setup, on set and on location.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of all elements of Final Cut Studio, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator (essential).
Experience with 3D Studio Max or equivalent (preferred).
Must be well-versed in Apple MacPro, HD digital-film cameras, DSLR, audio-boom, shotgun, lavalier, and studio and location lighting.
Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, a team player, and willing to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.

SEEKING SOUND MIXER for project

Looking for a production sound mixer and a boom operator with their own equipment. 3 day shoot from May 11 through 13th. No pay on the first episode, but we hope to change that for the following episodes.
It's a webseries based on the comic book Concrete Dove, by Larry Jarrell.
As for us, this is our fifth project this year, we have completed 4 short films that are currently competing in the film festival circuit. We do this because we love to, regardless of pay.
